It was a disaster for Hayley at last nights weigh in and she was absolutely gutted! Genuinely very upset after gaining 2 1/2 lbs. What has happened, she couldn't understand??? Rich strangely, was offering his support and help this morning, he had managed to get some advice from some-one who hopefully, could shed abit of light on the whole situation... Rich and Hayley were joined by Dr Claire Henkin from Portsmouth University, her expertise are in weight management!
Claire insured Hayley that even if the numbers aren't going down on the scales, her body will still be benefiting and getting healthier... She's has invited Hayley down to the Uni to do a few tests and find out if the diet is benefiting her in other ways as well as weight loss?
Rich and Hayley are off to the Christmas lights today at the Cascades and they want your messages to read out...And the big tour starts tomorrow with Day To Day Teachers, Rich and Hayley will be there on Friday afternoon decorating and bring a festive feeling to their workplace!

Rich seemed to think he had caught Hayley out today when a pizza leaflet arrived in the post yesterday... addressed to Hayley!
She claimed she didn't know any-thing about it, had nothing to do with it! But like Rich said, the proof was there, in black and white! Special offers addressed to Hayley! It also looked like a reward leaflet! Like Hayley could be a regular customer! Hmmm. Hayley did not understand! How this leaflet was meant for her or where it had come from?
On tomorrow's show Rich and Hayley will reveal the first workplace they will visit on the Christmas Light Tour, when it starts on Friday! And they'll tell you how you could be involved in the Cascades/Commercial Road Light Switch On, which is tomorrow night!!! And of course the result of the Wednesday night weigh in!

First thing this morning in The Quick Flick Rich and Hayley read that ''4 out of 5 youngsters feel happier in the car with their Mum, but the think their Dad is better at parking''
Hayley felt she probably preferred being in the car with her Dad and disagreed with this statement, he used to buy chocolate when she went out with him, so that was the reason... Rich also preferred being out and about with his Dad, for the trips to the car wash, although this was abit of a day out in Cornwall as it took so long to get too!
Rich and Hayley told us this morning of another chance to win hospitality tickets to Pompey vs. AC Milan, in UEFA Euphoria, there will be plenty more chances to enter through out the rest of the week, then the draw for the winner will be on next Monday's Morning Portion...
As the Morning Portion Christmas Light Tour gets under way this Friday, Rich and Hayley had been thinking of what Christmas traditions they could take along with them, they're already taking crackers, mince pies, Hayley's doing a speech, abit like the Queens, hmmm? What else could they take? Well you suggested they go in their pyjamas, as many of you were saying you don't get dressed for a while on Christmas Day. Only one problem, Rich doesn't own any pyjama's, don't panic though, Hayley and a few of you are on the case to find him the most ridiculous Christmas pyjama's ever!!!

Monday the 17th of November and Rich has a beard! And that was one of the random things Rich and Hayley were talking about this morning along with shopping trollies and packing shopping bags... Rich took a Sunday trip to Asda yesterday and when it came to paying, the kind lady serving him asked if he would like any help packing, he said ''no'', thinking, ''I'm fine I can do this my self'', but he thinks the lady on the checkout took this as abit of an insult, as his shopping seemed to fly down the conveyer, in no particular order and he struggled to put the food in the bags!
Then all of you got involved, explaining there was a certain way to packing food, that he could organise it in his trolley, that it was easy, if you just kept certain things together! Hayley was gob smacked by all of this because first of all, she couldn't understand how on earth they ended up talking about shopping bags, secondly, why it was so difficult and also because there were more men that seemed to be picky about the way the shopping was packed...

It was a busy morning today!!! First off Rich and Hayley told us of their Christmas Light Tour which starts on the 21st November the day after the Cascades Christmas Lights. Rich and Hayley want to come to your workplace, decorate it, turn on you Christmas lights, feed you mince pies and let you choose you favourite Christmas song...And then they'll play it all out on the following days show. This coming Sunday Hayley flies the nest from The Morning Portion and goes solo, for one day a week as she gets her own show!!! It starts this Sunday 12pm - 2pm! But there still the issue of what she's going to call it... You had plenty of suggestions... A Ray Of Light, Have Your Say With Hayley Ray, The Virgin Hayley? Hmmm and No Rich At Last! Brilliant!

Another weigh in last night and it was a good one for Hayley!!! She had lost again! 2lbs infact!
Although technically because she'd put a pound on last week, she had only lost a pound, we won't be picky though! She had the ultimate temptation this morning though when Rich put in front of her... a Double Decker, not the bus, the chocolate bar!!! Yum! Rich and Hayley spent most of yesterday morning talking about things they can not resist and one that kept popping up was a Double Decker.
So this morning Rich thinks it'll be a good test to put one in front of Hayley to see if she cracks! She did say yesterday if she did loose weight she would reward herself with one, but she never did!
This morning though was all just to much, seeing it there right in front of her, she wanted the chocolate badly! And she got it, she chose to eat the whole thing... Alot of you supporting her decision though and it was 14 sins so she will have to be good for the rest of the day! It's got to have been worth it though!
Weds 12th Nov
One of the things Hayley is struggling with, being on the Slimming World plan, infact probably the thing she is finding the most difficult is her cravings for sweet things, things that she absolutely can not resist, biscuits! Any kind, dunked in tea!
You had lots of things you found very difficult to turn down too... Popcorn especially from the cinema, maltesers, fruit and nut, coke, chocolate oranges! Wispa's, Starbucks lemon drizzle cake, Tescos white choc, chip cookies!!! What about, Minstrels, Milky Way, Ben and Jerrys Ice Cream, Jaffa Cakes, Cookies, Crème Eggs.....the list is endless! To get a very quick fix of sweetness, Hayley admitted to even dipping her finger in the sugar pot, Rich was disgusted by this, she wasn't proud of it but her craving's called for desperate measures...After all this talk of sweet things how will she get on at her weigh in tonight? Or will she have been tempted by a chocolate bar before she even gets there?

Tues 11th Nov
Not even the middle of November yet and some people have done all their Christmas shopping, presents are wrapped, cards written, all stored away and ready to go! Wow, that's organised! Hayley seemed to think that being that organised though made you some how miss out on the festive Christmas shopping experience and Rich agreed, there was some thing quite nice about rushing around on Christmas Eve, but if being organised was best for some people, ok... Now, giving Christmas presents early though, now that was different, Rich and Hayley felt strongly about that, you should definitely wait until December 25th to open gifts. Alot of you though seemed to disagree, that many of you had your presents early, even months ago!
Rich and Hayley started the Pompey vs. AC Milan ticket giveaway this morning. Spend the night in the Victory Lounge and watch the game, keep listening for your chance to win!!!

In the papers this morning there was a list of the most popular British traits... things that apparently we all do, whether we notice we do them or not? At number 1 was talking about the weather, which Rich and Hayley think they do every single morning. Amongst others there was, watching soaps, being sarcastic, looking for bargains and an obsession with class...
At number 7 was that, we as Brits have a love of curtain twitching, which Rich and Hayley thought was some-thing to do with touching curtains, until it was quickly pointed out that this meant being a nosy neighbour. It was Monday and early! That's their excuse!
Hayley went to the very glamorous event of opening a carpark this morning, the Stanhope Carpark to be exact... It's a carpark close to Rich and Hayley's hearts as they had recorded a message for the parking meters there, as well as a few others around the city, so when you pay you hear them!

Rich and Hayley were thinking about these ID card's that we may all soon be getting and how much better they would be if you could add a short personal statement to them, a one liner that somes you up, for example, David Beckham - ''By the time you've read this, I've made another half a million'', or Daniel Craig - ''Don't you wish you were me?''. How about Tony Adams - ''The man for the job'' Or Sacha Gaydamak - ''The man with the money''. What about Rich and Hayley's what could they say? Rich Hurst - ''Can't pull'', Hayley - ''Blonde'' or ''If it's a Slimming World sin, I don't want to know about it'' Then we heard from some-one's who's suggestion for Rich was the most random ever, Rich Hurst - ''Ginger baby lover'' it came from no-where, but it made them laugh, especially Hayley!
Rich and Hayley also spoke to Shaun Gale this morning about Havant and Waterlooville's game against Brentford on Sunday, you can go and see them down at West Leigh Park, kick off is at 2pm!
Thurs 6th Nov
Rich decided to have a quick shave before work this morning, which was a little quick and rough, so when he arrived at work, he was feeling a little sore! He was wondering if Hayley had some-thing which could help, what he was actually after was some moisturiser! Slightly embarrassed for asking but it seemed to do the trick.
It was a bad night for Hayley at her Wednesday night weigh in at Slimming World, for the first time in 5 weeks, she had gained weight!!! She was very disappointed in her-self. She had an idea it was going to be a bad week, after her birthday party on Saturday and a big roast on Sunday, but she still felt awful!
Jane a consultant from Slimming World came on to try and lift her spirits, and lots of messages from you, telling her to stick with it but she was absolutely gutted! But not giving up just yet though, she is determined to loose again next week, not only for her self but also to keep Rich quiet!!!

Remember, remember the 5th of November!
It was a firework filled show this morning, with displays, tips on how to do bonfire night on a budget and the Morning Portion's very own brand of topical fireworks... Rich and Hayley told us of some very interesting named fireworks, The Barack Obanger, replacing the George W Whoosh, The Woss and Wussell Wocket and The Strictly Rocket, full of sparkle!
They also told us of some ways to do bonfire night on a budget... a penny for the guy, get a man called Guy, give him a bucket and get him to collect some pennies! A Catherine Wheel, get a girl called Catherine, strap some torches to her legs, get her to do some cart wheels, boil the kettle at the same time, your very own Catherine Wheel and a Roman Candle, a picture of Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich, on a candle, and there you have it a Roman Candle. And a big finale on today's show with Rich and Hayley's very own fireworks display, Rich did his to ''Black Box's'', ''Ride On Time'' and Hayley used some-ones ''Can Can'', brilliant, you won't see or hear a better display!

This morning Hayley was explaining that she had picked up some-thing she hadn't had since she was a kid? This left us all wondering, was it a Wispa, a Drumstick, a scab, a coldsore, nits, but no it wasn't any of those. It was some-thing she really didn't want, would do any thing to get rid of, a verucca eeeewwwww! Yuk! Yep she had picked up a verucca from some where, she didn't know where, but what she did know was that she wanted to get rid of it...
There was an old wives tale suggested which was a little disgusting, even so, she may well have to try it!
Coming up on The Quay this week is an exclusive interview with Sacha Gaydamak, luckily it wasn't done by Rich and Hayley it was done by Wisey and Mark Mudie, but Rich asked Hayley today if she could ask Sacha any thing what would she like to know... She thought about it for a while and decided she'd like to know where he does his food shopping? Random but an interesting question nonetheless...

It was Hayley birthday party on Saturday night and there were a few stories to tell this morning, but also there were a few people who Rich and Hayley thought deserved awards...
First for best dancers... this went to boyfriend Tom's mum and dad! They had those dance lessons a few weeks ago with Hayley and Tom and they took the moves to the dance floor and performed a fabulous set of twists and turns! The second award was for best song of the night... the one that got people dancing, there were a few nominations, 'Candy Man' Christina Aguilera, 'Hand Jive' from Grease and 'Footloose' by Kenny Loggins. The winner was 'Footloose', it got every-one to the dance floor!
Next up was the contribution to birthday award, this was the biggie!... Nominated for this was Naomi, Hayley's friend who she shared the party with, the second nomination was, the party as a whole, for allowing Hayley to only spend a fiver the whole night! And the third was Hayley's Dad who was on camera duty all night! Paul 'the daddy' Raymond came on to except his award and said he had got some interesting photo's including one of Wisey and Rich kissing Hayley's mum!!!

It was the Wednesday night Slimmimg World weigh last night and this morning Rich definitely thought it had been a gain for Hayley, chocolate, wine, it had all been consumed throughout the last week and it wasn't looking positive, but beating all the odds, Hayley had infact lost! 1 and a half pounds! It was a miracle!
Rich went to the launch of the Portsmouth Monopoly board yesterday and there was a giant Monopoly board there, Rich said it was brilliant, almost big enough for humans to be the counters! What other board games would be even better, bigger. You came up with loads, Buckaroo, Twister, Mouse Trap, Cluedo, Guess Who and Battleships, Rich was made up and could not wait to start organising it! Hayley couldn't really get to grips with the concept but got there in the end with the help of a diagram and alot of explaining!
Back tomorrow on Halloween and the day of the release of the new James Bond film, Rich will hardly be able to contain himself!

The brand new Portsmouth Monopoly board goes on sale today and this morning Rich and Hayley had their very own copy to play with, but more importantly to find out where exactly The Quay's space was? The brand new game consists of landmarks in Portsmouth from The Cascades to Gunwharf Quays, Portsmouth FC and The Spinnaker Tower. The Mayfair spot was taken by Portsmouth Historic Dockyard and The Quay's space happens to be right next to it! Oh yeah, on a chance space right next to the best spot on the board!
Hayley is off for another weigh in tonight at Slimming World! Because of the holiday last week she has been a little slack, cake on her birthday, abit of chocolate hear and there, the odd glass of wine, tut tut! Will she manage to loose any-thing? Find out tomorrow from 6am...
Tues 28th Oct
Before Rich and Hayley went away they decided to do another DVD swap, Rich gave Hayley, '300' and 'Apocalypse Now' and Hayley gave Rich 'Pretty Women' and 'The Sound Of Music'. Rich actually quite enjoyed 'Pretty Women' but when it came to 'The Sound Of Music', it was a different story! He said it was painful! He took notes whilst watching the film on what he didn't enjoy...The biggest thing was the fact that at times, there was unnecessary singing, Hayley tried to explain that, that is what musicals do, but he wasn't sure, bursting into song at any given moment, just didn't make sense!
Then it was Hayley's go, she started by raising some concerns she had for Rich, these DVD's were supposed to represent what the other enjoyed watching. The films that Rich gave to Hayley were full of explosions, fire, blood and guts and it left her feeling slightly scared! She didn't overly understand the films either and on Saturday night when she watched Apocolypse Now, boyfriend Tom was with her translating the film and because the volume was up so loud they were struggling to hear each other amongst all the loud bangs and explosions! They felt like they were in the film!
Of course it's The Freedom Of The City today, Rich and Hayley spoke to Gerald Vernon-Jackson from the council about the ceremony and were asking him about the naming of the bells, maybe Rich and Hayley could be an option? You can hear it all this afternoon live on The Quay from 2pm.

Back from their holidays this morning Rich and Hayley had alot to catch up on... A very tearful X-Factor on Saturday night left even Louis Walsh in tears! Which Rich and Hayley found especially funny this morning... Who next, will we see Simon? Even Dermot reduced to tears?
A brand new competition started this morning, ''Who's Baby'', Rich and Hayley played the word baby from a certain song and all you had to do was tell them which song it was and who sang it... loads of you got it right by saying it was Diana Ross and The Supremes with Baby Love... but pulled out of the draw was Rob Walsh, who won a family pass to the Blue Reef Aquarium!
Another winner this morning was of course from the RTA! It finished on Friday but who was the person with the lowest unique bid and what was it? Well £18.85 was the bid that won it and was placed by Paul Mirring! Well done Paul!

Well it was the big birthday for Hayley this morning! And what Rich had in store for her was, well, just amazing! She arrived to a studio full of balloons, presents and a pink cowboy hat for her to wear and from then it just got better...about 6.30 boyfriend Tom walked through the studio door with flowers and a basket of fruit, of course because she is on a diet! Then... in the style of a little guessing game Hayley had birthday messages from loads of different people she just had to figure out who they were, like, Lianna from the late show, the guys from the office at PFC, Wisey and Paul Scott, Phil Swan, Touchline Tony, her Dad, her Mum who she couldn't believe Rich convinced to do it to do it! Miss G, Phillip Crysikkos, Tessa Bickers both from entertainment news, Jane from Slimming World to talk about the cake that Rich had made, a special Slimming World cake! The Kaiser Chief's joined in with the birthday messages and David James, who Hayley totally couldn't believe, she even thought that was her dad! But it didn't stop there!!!
On the phone just after 9 was the man, who was probably the biggest surprise, Mr Jamie Redknapp! Hayley could not believe her ears! Infact she was speechless! What a morning! Surprises every-where, as well as the birthday treats, it was the last ever Celebrity Battleships! A memorable day and Rich as Hayley said goodbye to their battleship board! Rich and Hayley are off for a week so they'll be back Monday 27th October from 6am...

In another addition of the Daily Hayley we got more important financial news, but again it wasn't all bad this morning because of course you can still win £10,000 in the RTA, your low unique bid to 8 42 43! The papers were full of credit crunch jokes as well this morning like, ''What does an Icelandic bank and an Icelandic stripper have in common? They both have frozen assets!'', which gave us all a little chuckle!
It's the day before Hayley's birthday, she turn's 21 again tomorrow and not sure whether to believe him or not, Rich was telling Hayley that he's got alot to organise between now and tomorrow, surely he hasn't left every-thing until the last minute? Has he?
Thinking of things to buy her with some suggestions from you too, he came up with some bathroom scales, to help out with the diet. Or how about a David James calendar? We'll find out exactly what's going on tomorrow morning from 6am...
Tues 14th Oct
We're in the 2nd week of the RTA and up until now Rich and Hayley have had a few people helping them to remember that important text number, that you send you lowest unique bid to. 8 42 43! But today, to help remember it in a slightly different way, they gave some very popular songs the RTA 2008 treatment. With the help of the brilliant Katie Holmes they got us all singing the text number to songs like ''Holiday'' by Madonna, ''Girls'' by the Sugababes, ''Spotlight'' by Jennifer Hudson and ''How Will I know'' by Whitney!
As Rich and Hayley are off from Thursday for a week, they decided to do another DVD swap. Last time Rich gave Hayley ''The Spy Who Loved Me'', she got very bored and Hayley gave Rich ''Dirty Dancing'', he quite liked it! This time they've swapped 2, Rich has given Hayley ''Apocalypse Now'' and ''The 300'' and Hayley has lent Rich ''Pretty Women'' and ''The Sound Of Music''. They'll review them when they're are back, but Rich is certain Hayley will not enjoy ''The 300'' and Hayley knows that Rich will cringe at every scene in ''The Sound Of Music''

A busy, busy Sunday for both Rich and Hayley! Maybe more tiring for Rich as of course he played in the Capita vs Hollyoaks charity match down at Havant and Waterlooville's ground, Westleigh Park! It was a brilliant day and alot of money was raised for charity, just over £10,000, which is amazing!!! At the end of the 90 minutes it was a draw, 2 all, so then it went to a penalty shoot out, with Capita scoring 4 of their penalties and the Hollyoaks boys only scoring 3! So it was a win for Capita!!! Hooray!!! Rich and Wisey did play in the game, although Rich had a slight injury with his knee when he collided with Chris Fountain. Hayley was being pitchside reporter, following the game at all times. well, when she wasn't watching Calvin run around with his top off after scoring a penalty during the game!
Hayley also had a go at commentating, Wisey was there to give her some tips and should he ever be ill, she'd be there to stand in... well to be honest she was rubbish, it didn't help matters that she wasn't sure on every-ones names so she was commentating by numbers! It was a good day all round yesterday, with game and also down at Cascades, the Style Icon finals took place there and Rich and Hayley were joined today by some of the winners. Matthew Drummond was the over all Style Icon but Mikey Spencer and Connor Grant were also in, they were winners of the Face Of Pompey! Winners every-where!

Hayley told of us this morning about her final dance lesson she had last night with boyfriend Tom, last night they attempted the Cha Cha Cha. After the last few lessons Hayley didn't have high hopes of them picking it up that quickly, there had been a few injuries in the previous lessons where Tom kept treading on Hayley's toes! But last night it was a miracle, Tom was Mr Twinkle Toes on the dance floor, not a step out of place, Hayley was shocked! What was the reason for this change in his dancing ability, well only because he had been taught by his ex! The question on Hayley's lips was ''Was I better though'' Tom said ''yes'', Rich said ''He's lying!!!''
Rich and Hayley held a press conference today with Nick Pickard the manager of the Hollyoaks side and Neil Thorpe, the coach for the Capita team. This morning Rich was asking about the formations, how the team were feeling, Hayley asked about the kit colours!
Then it was time for the big announcement, James, the Capita manager came on to reveal the starting line up for Sunday! It was very tense in the studio whilst Rich waited for his name to be read out and finally it was! He had made it in to the starting team, unfortunately Wisey didn't but it did mean maybe he could come on half way through the game and score the winning goal, and talk to the Hollyoaks ladies, while he's waiting!

It's was Hayley's second big weigh in last night at her Slimming World group and to be honest she wasn't feeling very confident, after discovering the Curly Wurly's! Rich wasn't sure she had lost either, she did have a roast dinner last Sunday too that probably wouldn't have helped! But she revealed this morning that in fact she had lost! Only a pound but still a loss! Rich thought a pound wasn't really much to shout about, especially after loosing 2 the week before! He thought this until Jane phoned in and wanted to stick up for Hayley. She is a Slimming World consultant in Fareham and did her best to educate Rich on the Slimming World plan, I'm sure we will be hearing more from Jane!!!
Rich told us today about a film being made here in Pompey and the producers need 100 male extra's aged 17 - 35 to be in it! You need to send your picture and contact details to dunkirkextras@gmail.com Rich is going give it ago, although there was talk that he'll have to shave his head and he said there was no way he was doing that! We'll see...
Weds 8th Oct
Ahead of the charity football match on Sunday, when Capita play the boys from Hollyoaks, Rich and Hayley spoke to another member of the cast, Jamie Lomas aka Warren. Very early this morning when Jamie was sitting in make-up, Rich and Hayley asked him about the team, the new Hollyoaks fragrance and of course his character Warren. He told them that the reason he was in make up so early this morning is because Warren gets beaten up!
Hayley went down to the Kings Theatre yesterday for the Cinderella pantomime press day, whilst she was there she got a few of the cast members to give her a hand and tell us that very important text number for the RTA, She spoke to Buttons, Cinderella and the Ugly Sisters!
Ofcourse, it's Wednesday today which means it's the Slimming World weigh in tonight for Hayley. After a week of discovering small Curly Wurly's are only 2 sins, how will she do? Find out tomorrow from 6am...
Tuesday 7th Oct
Rich had an unexpected stand off with a few foxes this morning as he went to his car to go off to work! Never before has he seen 2 together and usually foxes make a quick dash for it when they see people, not these two though it was a stand off, should he have been scared?
Rich and Hayley got a few more people helping them out to remember that text number for the reverse text auction today, they added Syd Little, The Capita team and John the travel man from the Home Run! Text your lowest unique bid to 8 42 43!
Rich and Hayley also spoke to Ricky Little this morning who plays Calvin Valentine in Hollyoaks! He was talking about the Hollyoaks football team who are playing on Sunday against the Capita team that Rich has been training for these last few weeks. Ricky seemed pretty confident that they would do quite well, but after Capita's 7 - 4 win last night they're feeling good about the game too!
Monday 6th Oct
The weekend's telly was totally taken up by Strictly and X-Factor, with both shows on both nights. Rich had alot to say on The X-Factor this morning infact he had abit of a rant!!! About the music and all the crying!!! Hayley did her very best to stick up for the show telling him, ''to just except what the show is and enjoy it''.
Also this morning, it was the start of the reverse text auction, giving you the chance to get cash for Christmas. Rich and Hayley gave you that very important number this morning 84243! Keep it safe! They got some help from a few friends as well to help us remember that all important number...boyfriend Tom, Rich's mum, Touchline Tony. When Hayley asked Tom to help out though, she seemed to take advantage, really make him work hard by asking him to repeat it so many times! Your lowest unique bid to 84243 could win you 10 grand!!!

What a night it was last night! A late one, but worth staying up for...although Hayley did admit this morning she didn't manage to stay up! She missed Pompey's goals and was asleep before the 2nd half even started! Rich couldn't believe it, although it turns out she wasn't the only one... a fair few of you admitted to having abit of a nap whilst the game was on! Well, it was a late one.
It's Rich's mum's birthday on Monday and after saying for the last week he need's to buy her a card he finally got one yesterday, although Hayley was a little concerned about his card choice. Hope-fully his mum won't be offended by the rough looking woman on the front!
Hayley went with boyfriend Tom to their Thursday night dance lesson last night and they attempted the passionate Tango! They got into character well but there were still a few crashes and injured toes, not quite Fred and Ginger! Not yet any-way.
Thurs 2nd Oct
So not knowing whether Rich and Hayley were off to Portugal this morning we were unsure whether they'd be with us at 6, but it turns out they were, they didn't go! They are staying here in Portsmouth as there was no spaces on the flight from Gatwick this morning. They were ok about it until they spoke to James at 10 to 7, who was just about to get on that 7.30 flight and told Rich and Hayley that 2 people hadn't turned up and were in fact 2 spaces, unfortunately 40 mins wasn't enough time to get to Gatwick! But to get into the Portugal sprit, Rich and Hayley decided to have a go at singing the Pompey chants in Portuguese, it was an interesting result and some how turned into a conga/salsa remix...
Hayley went to her first Slimming World weigh in last night and today we found out how she'd got on, had she lost or had she'd gained? Well... she'd lost, 2 and a half pounds in fact!

Weds 1st Oct
It's been a week now that Hayley has been on the Slimming World diet and today she was explaining to Rich how she thought she'd done, she's off to get weighed again tonight and she's hoping she has lost a few pounds. Rich wanted to know what her sins had been like on each day, the food that she is allowed but have to be counted as sins, she hadn't done too badly, apart from... Rich seemed to remember a conversation they had about fruit cake, yet Hayley didn't mention that in her list of sins!
Eventually she confessed to having the tiniest bite of fruit cake on Sunday, it was the smallest bite ever, but Rich/Father Slimming World made her feel very bad! It's the Wednesday night weigh tonight so hope-fully it won't have caused to much damage!
We're not sure whether Rich and Hayley will be in the country tomorrow morning, there is a slight chance they maybe on there way to Portugal during tomorrow's show, thing is, they won't know until tonight!
So possibly back tomorrow from 6am?

Tues 30th Sept
Rich and Hayley explained this morning about a little visitor they have at The Quay, like an over enthusiastic work experience person, desperate to get on the radio, eating all the food and basically leaving a mess behind and also scaring Helen Head as she gets in to work every morning, a mouse! Rich and Hayley decided this mouse aka DJ Squeak fancies him-self as a bit of a DJ and in tribute to the mouse they thought of songs suitable for DJ Squeak to play...
Rich and Hayley also spoke to Wisey and Paul Scott this morning, they arrived in Portugal yesterday ahead of Thursday's game and last night whilst Wisey was taking a relaxing swim in a shower cap (you are required to wear one if you swim in the hotel pool) Scotty was out wondering the town, eating chips and sitting in an Irish Bar. They'll be live from Portugal from 6pm!

It was the weekend of the DVD swap, Rich watched ''Dirty Dancing'' and Hayley watched ''The Spy Who Loved Me'' and today they reviewed them... Rich was up first and all in all he actually enjoyed it, there were a few bits he thought were abit cheesy but his overall mark was 7 out of 10! Which considering he thought he'd hate it, was pretty good! He even said he'd watch it again... Hayley's review wasn't quite so positive, she was very confused by the whole film, who were goodies who were baddies, she couldn't keep up! Her overall mark was 4 out of 10! Disappointing!
On Saturday Rich and Hayley went along to the Pompey Megastore to meet David James. Being a big fan, Hayley was feeling rather nervous. She had some questions to ask him and by the end of it she thought he may have thought she was abit of a weirdo, she did convince him to join her for a workout though after realising he was staying at the hotel where she goes to the gym! Exciting!
Fri 26th Sept
It was a busy one today... Hayley had her first dance lesson with boyfriend Tom last night, inspired of course by Strictly and she came in this morning with a very, very sore toe, after Tom trod on it mid turn! She insisted it was his fault, but then he phoned in to say it was actually her fault because she wouldn't follow his lead!
Rich and Hayley are off to meet David James tomorrow, at his book signing down at the Pompey megastore... Rich is slightly concerned about the possibility of Hayley embarrassing her-self and him, because she is such a fan! He was coaching her today on what to and what not to say!
Hayley spoke to the Dream Men last week to find out what they are doing in Portsmouth on Sunday night...They are going to be at Liquid and Envy performing along side Lee Ryan, who was in Blue! It was an interesting conversation that left Hayley feeling slightly nervous when she asked him to prove he was a Dream Man!
And finally today, Rich decided to test Hayley out, knowing she has started Slimming World, he sent her down to Mailboxes who were holding a cake and coffee morning raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Being in a room full of cakes, would she be able to resist? Well it was hard, but she did!

This morning Rich and Hayley both bought in their DVD's for the official DVD swap, Rich with ''The Spy Who Loved Me'' for Hayley and Hayley with ''Dirty Dancing'' for Rich, they both explained a bit about each of their DVD's and agreed to watch them over the weekend! They were both a bit attached to their own DVD's and promised each other they would take good care of them whilst they were out on loan.
Hayley had her first visit to Slimming World last night in her mission to lose some pounds, she was explaining to Rich today how it all worked and also heard from lots of you who have tried it and succeeded! She had a small dilema though when Wisey offered her a polo, she just had to check her new food bible to see if that it was ok, and of course it was you can have most things just in moderation. Rich was trying to tempt her with the thought of doughnuts but it wasn't going to work, she is determined!

Weds 24th Sept
We heard yesterday that Rich brought a DVD, ''No Country For Old Men'', that he was totally unsatisfied with, he didn't enjoy it at all and after much consideration about whether he would be able to take it back or not, Rich and Hayley came to the conclusion that if you decided you didn't like a pair of trousers you would take them back, so what was the difference?!
Well you all pointed out that the difference was that Rich had actually watched it and there was no way that the shop would take it back! So this started the idea of a swap shop between Rich and Hayley, boyfriend Tom wanted to watch ''No Country For Old Men'', so Hayley would take that for him to watch, Rich would give her one of his other DVD's for her to watch and in return Hayley would lend him one of her DVD's.
After whittling it down Rich had the choice out of ''Dirty Dancing'' or ''Grease'' and Hayley's choice was either ''The Spy Who Loved Me'' or ''Apocalypse Now''? After hearing some of the clips from the films, Rich decided on ''Dirty Dancing'' and Hayley would take ''The Spy Who Loved Me''. They'll bring them in tomorrow to do the swap. watch them and report back, I'm sure they'll have lots to say on each of them!

Rich did some-thing unusual for him yesterday and brought a DVD and last night when he sat down to watch it he wondered why he did? The film was ''No Country For Old Men'' and it needed subtitles! It was filmed in Texas and he could understand half what they were saying! It was Oscar award winning but how he wondered?
Rich and Hayley spoke to James McClafferty this morning who is the manager of the team that Rich is playing for in the game against the cast of Hollyoaks. The game is on Sunday 12th October and they are hoping to raise alot of money for charity! James gave us a hint on which of the Hollyoaks guys would be playing in the team and also which of the girls would be joining them! Hayley wanted to know the chances of Rich actually getting in the starting line up? And James said ''50/50''. Rich has got training with them tonight and needs to work a little bit harder if he wants to start the game!

After a Sunday we would all like to forget, Rich and Hayley asked this morning was yours a good weekend or bad weekend? Did yesterday's result totally ruin it for you or did the weather make you smile and gave a good weekend. Hayley had a good weekend, the return of Strictly Come Dancing played a massive part in it, she also found a fiver in an old birthday card! Rich found some money too, a tenner in his jean pocket! Bonus! Most of you said you had good weekends so we'll just let the little mishap of yesterday float over our heads!
Rich and Hayley spent yesterday afternoon at Style Icon judging the many people strutting their stuff on the catwalk. Hayley got right into the judging role, with her clipboard and official name tag, she thought the back of her chair said ''Official Judge'' but was abit embarrassed when Rich told her that what it actually said was ''Chairs provided by Next''. Oops!

What a night!!! It was the morning of the brilliant night before, Pompey's win against Vitoria!
And Rich was supposed to go... but unfortunately due to his stomach not agreeing with a certain shellfish he ate yesterday he couldn't! Yesterday after the show Rich and Hayley continued the Casanova experiments, the first was to get a free sandwich from the sandwich lady that comes to The Quay and he actually did it, he smooth talked her in to giving him a free sarnie. The next challenge was to sweet talk the boss into giving him her only free ticket and surprisingly he did that aswell! But after leaving work yesterday afternoon he felt abit dodgy, about 4ish he found himself sat hugging the loo! Oh dear! Sick as a badger. He seemed to let Hayley off quite lightly considering, probably because it was such a brilliant victory for Pompey and he couldn't be annoyed!
So Rich and Hayley weren't there and they wanted to know, where were you? Some of you were at Slimming World, some of you at your tap lesson and some of you were there at Fratton Park! Hayley spotted on the telly last night 2 girls dressed as sailors and so did Rich and they also wondered who they were? They eventually found out thanks to Sammy. it was Kate and Katie! We're sure to hear from the sailor ladies again soon...we Rich hopes so!
Weds 17th Sept
It's a big day in Pompey today for 2 reasons, 1 they're playing in the UEFA Cup and 2, their debut on Channel 5! Rich and Hayley checked out some of the other programmes Channel 5 have to offer and realised that showing the Pompey game is probably the best thing that's ever been on there, Hayley tried to stick up for Family Affairs, tried, but failed! Every-thing you need to know and, of course, live commentary will be here on The Quay in Pompey Live from 5pm!
Also, today brings to the end of Seafood Fortnight and in an attempt to turn Rich into Casanova today he ate oysters, this is because Casanova ate 50 every morning! Although there was abit of confusion on Hayley's part as she had ordered 15 not 50! Oops!
So Rich got started and wasn't keen to start with, infact he spat the first one back out! Hayley took his heart rate before eating them and after. The results showed that his heartbeat did increase! Rich and Hayley will be continuing their experiments later this afternoon and you hear the results on tomorrows show!

Weds 17th Sept
Rich woke up this morning with a blocked left ear, both baffled by the situation Rich and Hayley wondered what on earth had happened overnight to his ear. Hayley was convinced it was a spider who had set up home in Rich's ear, you thought it may have been an ear infection, Rich didn't care what it was and just wanted it to go away!
Count down for a very big event started today, Hayley's birthday, only 30 days away, 4 weekends and 22 week days, 16th October is the date and she did admit today to getting ridiculously excited about birthdays, she always has and always will.
Rich and Hayley gave away another place in the Pack For Portugal final to Debbie Franks after she gave the 3 correct items that were packed, the MP3 player, the football shirt and insect repellent.
Also another winner today was Joanne who won £125 to spend at Asda Portsmouth! She correctly Bridged The Gap! Play again tomorrow...

Rich and Hayley back this morning after a long weekend, Hayley's was rather quiet, hence her over excitement about a boiled egg and soldiers she enjoyed for her breakfast on Sunday morning...mouth watering! While Rich on the other hand was busy at a wedding being master of ceremonies...and telling some very, very bad jokes...
Rich and Hayley gave you another chance to win £125 to spend at the brand new Asda Portsmouth, it was Mark from Waterlooville who knew the words to Madonna's ''Into The Groove'' and he bridged the gap, there'll be another chance to win tomorrow...
Also today Rich and Hayley gave us another item that is in the suitcase for Pack For Portugal, get all 3 correct and you'll be in the final on Saturday and could be following Pompey to Europe!

Fri 12th Sept
Rich played to Hayley this morning 2 very interesting voicemail messages that had been left on his phone yesterday afternoon and the voices were very familiar... The messages were from ''doctors'' confirming Rich's appointment to have his leg amputated after an insect bite on his leg was so bad...Rich has a rather large insect bite on his leg and because of this he was unable to play football last night, so Wisey and Paul Scott from Pompey Live decided Rich was being abit of a wussy and left him some very funny messages...
Yesterday was ''The Fish Word''. Rich and Hayley went down to Lemon Sole to cook their fish dishes. Hayley was cooking Thai Green Fish Curry and Rich was doing, Fish Goujons and Home Made Potato Wedges, Hayley went first...her dish went well, a slight disaster when she realised she had forgotten the natural yogurt, but overall it went well. Her comments from the judges, Sunil the owner of Lemon Sole, Ben the head chef and Julie from Viviers, were good, nice and delicious. Rich was up next and his first disaster was that his fish was frozen! Oh dear...but he quickly over came it and went on to produce a lovely fish dish. The judges thoroughly enjoyed the goujons too and were very impressed with Rich. But there could only be one winner, with only 3 points in it, it was close but not close enough, it was Hayley and her fish curry!

It was an absolute nightmare on the roads around Pompey this morning so Rich and Hayley did their best to make the very slow journey a little better this morning by playing you Roadside Requests...as well a paper reading service to keep you entertained and let you know what the newspapers were saying this morning and they also played calming music to calm things down, providing a service to you drivers this morning...
Of course it's the cook off today in ''The Fish Word''. Rich and Hayley are off to Lemon Sole this afternoon to both cook up a fish treat... Julie from Viviers will be joining them to cast the vote on who's dish of fish is the best... We heard from Peter Higgins from The Betting Room this morning and he told us what the odds were on each of them, who was going to win, which one will be most likely to have a chef strop and who is most likely to set the fire alarm off! It turned out Hayley is favourite to win, but will Rich be the dark horse and secretly be an excellent chef...

Rich and Hayley go head to head tomorrow afternoon in the cooking challenge aka, ''The Fish Word''. Today they picked out 2 of the recipes from Seafood Fortnight page on the website and they each will cook one of them. The told us which recipes they would be cooking in their chef alter ego's, Rich being Gordon Ramsay and Hayley taking on Nigella...
Rich and Hayley slightly concerned about the fact that the world might have ended today as they attempted to re-create the big bang in Switzerland and if it all went terribly wrong that would be the end of the world! Rich and Hayley wondered what the recreation would be like? Rich thought it would be like the game of Pong you play on the computer and Hayley thought it was more like Buckaroo, the scientists sat round waiting to put the 2 atoms together, hmm yeah just like Buckaroo!

When Rich and Hayley left work on Friday they were thinking they were all set to go to Portugal with the Pompey Live team to follow Pompey in the UEFA Cup!
So that was Friday, they come in to work Monday and feel a slight change in the atmosphere, the good vibe about the trip had gone there was no excitement around the office, no talk of where they were staying, nothing...
What on earth had happened, every-time Rich or Hayley brought it up, the subject changed, they got the impression the trip to Portugal did not include them, the Portugal Portion was just an idea that came... and then went!
So what had they done, why are they not going, totally baffled today Rich and Hayley pondered over past memories, thinking that they always act professionally, mature, composed....

Mon 8th Sept
It was Soccer Aid last night and as we found out a few weeks ago Harry was England's team manager. They beat The Rest Of The World 4-3! In there playing for England were the likes of Alan Shearer, Teddy Sheringham, Jamie Redknapp, Gareth Gates, Danny from McFly and Craig David! Craig David also won the title of man of the match! Rich and Hayley were shocked this morning! Oh well, it did mean that some-one from Southampton went to Wembley and won some-thing at last!
The next Rich versus Hayley takes place this week in a Seafood Fortnight inspired challenge called 'The Fish Word!!!' They will each cook in a proper restaurant, a dish of fish taken from one of the many ideas on www.quayradio.com to both start eating the recommended 2 portions a week! We'll see how they both handle the kitchen! Will they both be able to cope with the heat?!
Fri 5th Sept
In recent survey on the happiest places in the country, Portsmouth and Southampton and Faeham/Gosport were in there. Near the top was Manchester, some-where in the middle was Camden and right at the bottom at number 273 was Edinburgh. Rich and Hayley wondered this morning what it would be like breaking the news that their cat had been run over to people in each of those places...
Portsmouth was at number 96, Havant at 201 and Southampton was 152 places below at number 243. Fareham and Gosport were lower though, at 263 only 10 places from the bottom! So why are Fareham and Gosport feeling abit unhappy? Rich and Hayley tried to spread the love and happiness today and cheer up the people living in Fareham and Gosport. Sue wondered where Waterlooville was on the scale, it wasn't there, either because they were more unhappy than Edinburgh or they are sooo happy they rocketed off the scale!
Rich was left holding a baby yesterday when lovely Emma who used to work here at The Quay brought in beautiful baby Harrison who is only 5 weeks old! Rich said he thought he should have been wearing a nappy whilst holding him, but Hayley seemed to think he did pretty well!

Thurs 4th Sept
We heard earlier this week that Rich was having major problems with his lap top! And to top it off, yesterday he found out that the IT expert here at The Quay was actually away on holiday so Rich would have to wait until atleast next week until he could have it fixed! So where's he gone? Rich and Hayley thought of numerous places that your typical IT bloke might decide to go or do on his hols? How about spending some time in a 'internet' cafe, 'surfing' the web on a 'key board' instead of a surf board, maybe he's gone to Disney Land to see Mickey 'mouse', or to ITaly, he probably flew on flight number MP3 and would of had to stay in a hotel with plenty of 'windows'. Yep there's more, maybe he went to a 'laptop' dancing club, is probably having a 'Wikipedia' time and a real 'Google'!
Rich is playing in a charity football match in October against the men from Hollyoaks. Rich had never seen Hollyoaks until last night so Hayley was explaining what was going on, she thought he might like it, there are loads of nice looking ladies in it!
Weds 3rd Sept
Hayley went to Debenhams yesterday to meet up with the Portsmouth News to promote a brilliant week next week, where Debenhams will be raising money for The Hampshire Autistic Society. She had a mini make-over, nails done and spent a lovely afternoon in the perfumery and cosmetic department, this got Rich wondering if they had this sort of thing for men, he needs some new aftershave and usually he gets it as a gift but could he go in to the cosmetic department and start spritzing the aftershaves to buy it himself? Do men do that? You all thought men should do that and although Hayley admitted she had never seen a man doing that she thought why not? Sue reckoned that men can even go in and get the whole man makeover done? And Craig suggested that Rich just pops in before he goes on a night out!
The legend Don LaFontaine, the very recognisable cinema and film voiceover, sadly passed away this week and Rich and Hayley dealt with it in the only sensible and tasteful way they knew how by attempting to fill his boots, Rich wasn't bad, but Hayley, she was hideous!
Tues 2nd Sept
Today Rich was concerned about some-thing, some-thing he never thought he would get, but now has! And he thinks it has come form the lack of visits to the gym...
Love handles, that's what he meant. In Hayley's opinion she didn't think love handles were that bad, but she wasn't sure whether Rich, being a single man, qualified to call them ''love'' handles, just handles to him! Rich and Hayley looked up the meaning of love handles and found that the term is actually American and comes from the 1960's, then very surprisingly Rich managed to find from the internet, some audio of where love handles first came from...listen to Billy Joel and Jolene, they'll explain!
Also this morning Rich had asked Hayley to fix it for his cousin, after his cous JP had texted him yesterday saying he liked Hayley's silly tones? So in true Jim'll Fix It fashion, Hayley said hello to him and his work friends. Hayley wondered though, what he meant by ''silly tones'' but JP quickly texted Rich back and said it was supposed to say silky tones! Arrgghhh predictive text!

Mon 1st Sept
Hayley was feeling very delicate today after having a nightmare yesterday whilst out for lunch, on the way out of the restaurant she slipped up and came crashing down right on her bum! She was very, very embarrassed, aching today and feeling sorry for her-self. Rich also needed abit of cheering up today as his laptop wasn't working after having lemonade spilt all over it! All his work was on there! So Rich and Hayley both needed cheering up today and were helped to do that by three very good reasons, Defoe, Johnson and Defoe after a brilliant win at the weekend for Pompey!
In the Quick Flick this morning Rich and Hayley discovered that local governments want to bring back back the game British Bulldog in schools to help fight obesity in children. This got them thinking about games they used to play in the playground and what others could be brought back? Hayley explained of a game she used to play called Jail Break which involved a lot of running around trying to avoid being put in ''jail'' (the school bench). You all had games that you thought should be brought back too, including a game called Kinga, which Rich and Hayley hadn't heard of? But Steve phoned from Florida, to explain that it involved trying to hit other people with tennis balls!

Rich felt stitched up this morning when Hayley told him of her bargain buy of Jaffa Cakes, just down the road from The Quay at the Co-op, just 45p for a pack. Both being big fans of the biscuit/cake he was gutted to find out that he had spent £1.30 on his, ah well never mind Rich!
A big debate this morning came in Ray's Reviews today when Hayley recommended the film ''The Runaway Bride''. Rich said ''That's the sequel to Pretty Women'', ''No it's not'', Hayley replied and it went on, both adamant that they were right! Finally after a number of texts came in agreeing with Hayley, Rich admitted he was wrong, not before trying to say he ''had been mislead, not wrong, mislead''
Two massive line-ups out today, Rich was desperate to talk about one and Hayley desperate to talk about another! Rich wanted to talk of course about the UEFA Cup and Hayley wanted to go through the line up for this years Strictly Come Dancing! They asked you what you thought? Of course most people said UEFA! Hayley did get to have her say on Strictly this year in the 1 minute that Rich gave her to talk about it!

For once in his life Rich saw a glimse of Corrie last night as he turned over for the start of the football. He was surprised by what he saw and it slightly put him off his tea (serves him right for telling us all about toilets yesterday!) Hayley sat down last night as always to watch corrie and knew exactly what Rich meant when he started talking about Dev! And the camera angle that was between his thigh as his knee was bent up! It was very off putting!
It's been 35 years since the first ''Now That's What I Call Music'' cd came out and ''Now 70'' will be released soon! Every-one has a ''Now'' in their cd collection or even one on vinyl or cassette! Rich and Hayley spent this morning going through some classics that they had found on some of the ''Now's'' they own and you all chose your favourite too. Nicky texted in and asked what happened to the pig that was on the adverts, well Dave phoned and he didn't know where it had gone but he knew where it came from...It was from an old poster that was on the 1st Now cd, it had a pig on the back, listening to a rooster making a noise and it had a speech bubble saying ''''Now That's What I Call Music''. Now! You didn't know that did you?

Rich and Hayley talked smells today! After reading in the paper this morning that the nation's favourite smell is fish and chips! Rich and Hayley both disagreed and thought there are loads of smells that are better than that! Whether they were weird or not that didn't matter!
Rich likes the smell of WD40 and petrol, along with pickled gherkins although he doesn't like the taste of them. he also explained of the hideous smell of the toilets when he was at the Reading Festival! Hayley loves the smell of suncream and wears it for a few weeks after she is back from a holiday to keep smelling it! And also the smell of fresh, clean washing!
You all had loads of weird and wonderful ones too, nail varnish, hair spray, coffee, fireworks, marker pens, wood cuttings, tarmac, bacon cooking, new carpet, freshly cut grass! Boyfriend Tom had texted in to say he liked the smell of Hayley's body butter, but when Rich read it out he just saw, I like the smell of Hayley's body and he didn't realise it was from Tom!

Rich and Hayley both had slightly embarrassing stupid moments over the bank holiday weekend...
First off Rich went to Fratton Park to watch Pompey play Man U last night and as he was leaving some-one tapped him on the shoulder and said ''Can I have a photo please?'' ''Sure'', Rich replied and the man gave Rich the camera.''How can we have a photo together if I have to hold the camera?'' Rich thought. What the man actually wanted was a photo of him and the pitch in the background, not with him and Rich!
Hayley went to a wedding on Saturday night, her and a group of friends all went together and walked up to the suite they thought the reception was in. After about about 5 minutes of trying to look around for the bride and groom and thinking they weren't recognising any of the guessed they realised they were in the wrong wedding! Oops!
So it was a weekend of stupidness and who did you think was more stupid, Rich or Hayley?
Les thought Hayley was and told us of his stupid story this weekend when he put in the wrong postcode in his sat nav and ended up at the wrong hotel and Anne-Marie who voted Rich, told us of when she got in the wrong car when she took her driving test! Alot of you admitted to having done what Hayley did on Saturday so Rich was declared as more stupid!
Fri 22nd Aug
So today was the live final of Fortnums Factor at Fortnums in Fareham. Over the last few weeks we've been hearing from Arthur Crown telling us about the cars down at Fortnums and ten people all got through to the final by guessing correctly a fact about the car in question...
Today at Fortnums the 10 finalists all became sales men/women and had a go at selling a car, the person who got the most facts right about the car was our winner of 2 Pompey season tickets...
It was a brilliant morning Hayley and Wisey were there with all the finalists and our winner was Sue Willier from Fareham! Sue became Rose Royce and got 15 out of 25 facts right about the car!
She now has 2 Pompey season tickets and is off to Fratton Park this Monday to see Pompey play Man U! And will be going to see all the other 19 games this season at Fratton Park too! Well done Sue!

Hayley explained another holiday story today and this time it was about the temperature. She said ''It was absolutely boiling in Turkey but the weather people lie about the temperature because once it's gets to 50C every-one has to stop working'' Rich and Hayley turned up the heat in the studio in the hope they would have to stop working!
Rich and Hayley spoke to Laura Miller from Fareham today as the choir she is in, ACM Gospel Choir is appearing in The Last Choir Standing on BBC 1 at the moment. They are into the semi-final!!! She spoke to them about Nick Knowles, the presenter, how hard they're all working to get into the final and also had to put up with Rich asking if she was single! Hope-fully she wasn't to freaked out!
It's the live Fortnums Factor tomorrow down at Fortnums in Fareham! Where 1 person will win Pompey season tickets!!! Rich is off to Reading for the festival this weekend so Hayley will be joined by Carl and Wisey tomorrow from 6am...
Weds 20th Aug
Whilst looking through the papers this morning for the Quick Flick Rich decided to scare Hayley by showing her a picture of a a very weird looking dog! She was shocked and explained of a programme she watched last night about dogs that looked like that, it was very sad, she said, but she doesn't even like dogs!
So lolly stick jokes are coming back and being written by James Corden from Gavin and Stacey, Rich and Hayley looked at some of the ones there used to be and decided hopefully he will do a better job...
Rich thinking about Usain Bolt the sprinter in the Olympics, and what a coincidence having the surname Bolt and being a very fast runner! What about if you were a high jumper with the surname spring or a swimmer with the name Duncan Stroke, said Hayley, not realising there was 'dunk' and 'stroke' in there,and she wasn't meaning to be funny! Genius!
Rich went on a run last night along the front ans was explaining to Hayley this morning about his new training technique...'Find a good looking girl in front of you and try to catch her' that's the new training programme, Hayley was wondering what on earth he was going to say to her when he caught her up? Have a heart attack probably!

Tues 19th Aug
So Hayley returned today from her 2 weeks in Turkey and she came bearing gifts!
Rich opened to the first to find some Turkish Delight, obviously, she'd been to Turkey it would have been rude not to buy some! Unfortunatley Rich didn't like it and neither does Hayley so into the office at The Quay that went!
The next present he opened to find some apple tea, basically it was hot apple juice! After looking at it, brown powder in a clear plastic bag, Rich wondered what on earth Hayley had given him! They did the taste test and Hayley had to admit, it did smell abit dodgy!!! But it tasted amazing and Rich was grateful of that present!
Rich went through with Hayley what she had missed out on whilst she was away and told her he had interviewed David James! ''No way'' she went on, she didn't believe him for a second! But it turns out he wasn't lying and he did speak to David James! She was gutted! But did feel better when Rob, the battleships champion, said the interviewing wasn't the best! Cheek!!!

Mon 18th Aug
So, it the last day that Rich was Hayley-less, but there was still plenty to talk about.
After his fishing trip on Friday, Rich was happy to report that he returned to dry land safe and without falling in, and he even managed to make a few catches! Can you believe it! And, most importantly, not once was he caught short out in the middle of the Solent without a toilet on board…that came later in the day when he was playing football at Havant College.
Rich also talked about yesterday’s Pompey Ex-Pro’s side taking on Peterfield Town in a charity match. Although they lost 4-2, and shock horror, Rich didn’t have his best game, he DID get to give Paul Walsh a lift to the game…that’s ex-pompey striker PAUL WALSH!! Sitting on his back seat…Rich asked who your weirdest passenger was and who you’d love to have as one…many of you wanted to Harry for a long drive, after Sunday’s opening day defeat to Chelsea.
For the brand new hour after 10, Rich asked if you’d had a good or bad weekend, with one caller – Bev offering some horrible tales…broken dishwashers, broken caravans and diesel in her petrol car, definitely deserving of a song!
Finally, Phil Jones got through to the final of Fortnum’s Factor, leaving just one space for someone to play for two Pompey season tickets.
Thurs 14th Aug
So it’s Rich’s last show until Monday, he’s off bass fishing tomorrow and thanks to everyone who offered hints and tips on how to prepare…take some warm clothing, be prepared to wee into a milk carton, and make sure your tackle is in order!
Also this morning Pompey and England goalkeeper David James came on the show, ahead of the new season starting this weekend. Rich and Jamo talked about helping Peter Crouch with his decorating, looking after the air-sick Richard Hughes on away flights and how David is only going to get a text message if he’s picked to play for England – no phone call, no letter, just a text message, so he’s hoping his phone is charged and he’s got network!

It’s the second week of Rich being Hayley-less, but it was business as usual this morning with all sorts of things going on!
After the disappointment of the Community Shield defeat, it was only right that we replayed you the call Rich made on Friday to Southampton, attempting to get St Mary’s demolished, but after they lost to Cardiff this weekend, maybe they don’t need anyone’s help with going down!
Rich also talked about watching the Olympics on TV, and seeing all the live slip-ups! And watching Last Choir Standing, with Laura Watkins from Fareham taking part in the show, as part of ACM Gospel choir, who got through! We however were more concerned with the lack of enthusiasm shown by one of the show’s presenters! Nick Knowles seemed like he didn’t want to be there, which Rich couldn’t understand, as you’d get to work with the lovely Myleene Klass!
Along with Celebrity Battleships and more chances to win two season tickets on Fortnums Factor, it was another jam packed 5 hours, and it’ll be all back Tuesday from 5!
Fri 8th Aug
So on another Five Hundred Pound Friday, we gave away a monkey (500 nicker) to Wendy, who guesses Ottawa was the capital of Canada – there’s another one next Friday remember!
Rich also revealed the news of his football team’s defeat and relegation from their five-a-side league at Langstone last night…an absolute hammering for 7-2, meaning no great escape, more like the great embarrassment!
We had a postcard from Hayley, away on her travels for another week.
And, oh yeah, and…we met Doug – the character Rich became, when he rung Southampton FC on the eve of their season starting. Doug was from ‘West Hampshire Demolition’ (inspired by Rich’s Dad who we found out yesterday was knocking down a supermarket in Totton – got an SO postcode ain’t it??) and he asked if the club due to go down?? We think so!
Thurs 7th Aug
This morning on the show, Rich had a good reason to be immensely proud of his dad…that’s right Daddy Cool as we once called him was on the show, and as Rich found out, he’s doing a demolition job on Southampton! Rich’s dad, who works in demolition, was doing us all a favour and knocking down a bit of scum!!(well, a bit of a Morrison’s store in Totton, but it all counts!)
Elsewhere, it was a battle of blood, sweat and tears on Celebrity Battleships. Cath the challenger was waiting for the birth of her grand-daughter whilst playing the game…and revealed she was in labour once for 24 hours! Kim, our champion on the other hand revealed she only spent an hour and a half in the delivery room – walk in the park as Cath called it! Anyway, Kim was champion for the day, but decided NOT to gamble, as she valued the Joe Pesquale tickets she won earlier in the week…no risk!
And we heard from Craig the Pompey Live voiceover, who seems to be getting a bit big for his boots, as he abused this mornings appearance on the morning portion to plug Sunday’s coverage of the Community Shield!
Weds 6th Aug
What a show we had today! We launched the Fortnums Factor competition, and met Arthur Crown, our used car sales man who’s deals are better than his jokes…all you have to do is listen to his deals and tell us something about his amazing cars to win two season tickets.
Rich also shared what was possibly the most frustrating six minutes of his life when he took a call in the Quay office from someone convinced Rich was a dodgy electrician who’d been holding his Vax Cleaner hostage! The call was enough to make anyone bite their tongue, and even the usually mild mannered Rich lost his temper!
Rich also asked if anyone else had seen what was supposed to be the new corporate box at West Leigh Park after a text from a friend claiming they were in it last night for the Pompey friendly…really, a VIP box at Havant and Waterlooville??????
Tues 5th Aug
This morning, Rich played a wee game of the guess the strange noise coming from inside the studio. Although it sounded like something crossed between a grumbling stomach, low-flying airplane and vibrating mobile phone, it was in fact the new studio door, despite some other interesting guesses.
There was also another thrilling game of celebrity battleships, where Monday’s champion Charmaine was knocked off her post by Kim, who returns tomorrow to play again – will you be next on?
After a caning in the pub quiz for his handwriting on Thursday, Rich asked how neat, or messy, yours was. On the texts, people were naming and shaming their other halves for messy writing, whilst others admitted to getting other family members to take notes for them, just so they could read them back! Rich and Orla took a quick challenge to see had the messiest in the studio.

It’s the start of the no-Hayley fortnight, so Rich has been left to fend for himself!
This morning on the show, he went on the charm offensive in response to a report in the papers that Pompey fans are the ugliest in the Premier League…well…red rag to a bull or what!?
Loads of you wanted to come on and dispel the myth…like Kev, Sue, Jo and plenty more. Rich was happy to tell anyone who wanted to hear it, just how gooooood lookin’ they were…that’s the beauty of radio baby!
Rich also this morning told you all about the chance to win two season tickets in our new competition Fortnums Factor, which starts Wednesday!
Fri 1st Aug
Yesterday Rich and Hayley went to The Spinnaker Tower to have a go at the Wii Olympic Tournament that is taking place there over the 4 weeks...
They first of all tried out the trampolining, you just use your wrist there is no jumping involved! And Hayley still only to mange to score 3 out of 10! Rich got a 6 out of 10 and even made it on to the leader board down there! They then had a go at the 400 metres but no need to move your legs it's just your arms, they did this both at the same time, running against each other, Rich won the race and Hayley came last, well that was the second time, the first time Rich actually came 7th and Hayley came 8th/last against the Wii characters! But they did it again and he was 1st and got on to the leader board for that to! This is on at the Spinnaker Tower every day 1pm - 5pm and anybody can do it, Hayley may have made it look hard but it actually isn't, she was just rubbish!
So Hayley's off on holiday leaving Rich on his own for 2 weeks...join him Monday from 5am!!!
Thurs 31st July
Rich and Hayley are off to the Spinnaker Tower today to have a go on the Nintendo Wii that is at the top of the tower for The Spinnaker Tower's Sonic and Mario Wii Olympic Tournament! For the next 4 weeks any-one can go to the tower to have a go on loads of different sports, then at the end of the four weeks there will be a final and who ever wins the final will win £500 to spend on any sporting event! All this sporting talk brought back memories of sports day's at school, Rich loved sports day, Hayley was not a fan! She told us she was a cheer leader on sports day apart from the one time she took part in the tug of war! Rich said he was abit of a winner in shot-put, javelin and discus! You all remembered taking part in all the fun races like the sack race, the three legged race and of course, the egg and spoon race, so Rich and Hayley decided to have a go!
First off the named their eggs, Rich called his Duffy and Hayley's was David. They went out side to The Quay car park and the race began...It was close but Hayley and David won!!! Rich and Hayley are off to the Spinnaker Tower today to have a go in the Wii tournamament, so you can hear about that tomorrow!
Rich at Goodwood the other day and had a go at abit of wine tasting and he did admit he wasn't the best! Hayley told us though of some-one she knew who was slightly worse, have a listen...
Weds 30th July
Today is the launch of the brand new Pompey kit! And today Rich and Hayley gave you the chance to win 2! First off Paul on Battleships won one by beating Tim by 1 point! Then Hayley went off down the megastore on Rodney Road to give away the next! All she wanted was your best model pose and then you could have the chance to answer a questionand win the shirt, she saw some brilliant poses, some of you going for mean and moody, some of you had the pout going on but the top three were Shaun, Lisa and Shirley, they then were asked a question on the limited addition Pompey shirts that were made, the answer closest to the correct one won! And it was Shirley, congratulations!!!
Rich went to Goodwood yesterday and his unsuccessful betting technique continued, loosing again! He tried to make it sound better than it was saying he won one race! But lost a load others! And still was out of pocket when he got home! Will he ever learn? Hayley thought when he was talking 250, she thought hundreds but he was talking pounds!

Tues 29th July
Rich realised some hidden talents of 107.4 The Quay's very own Mr Paul Scott yesterday, whilst listening back to Sunday's commentary of the Pompey vs. Man U game he noticed that Paul knew that Defoe was about to score! Physic! Although Rich and Hayley then realised that infact Scotty was watching the telly and the score was updated on another channel before the goal was actually shown! The beauty of delay! Damm, I was going to get him to pick my lottery numbers! Whilst in Asda yesterday Rich noticed the return of a very popular fizzy drink, Tizer! It was back and Rich and Hayley had a listen to one of the very catchy adverts there were for Tizer! As Carol Vorderman plans to leave Countdown Rich and Hayley thought they'd have their go at being the hosts... Rich was ok and Hayley, well she was terrible, took about half an hour to work out the numbers, after firstly refusing to work it out because she thought the red button did that bit! Don't think we'll being seeing them on Countdown any time soon! Listen below...

Today we heard how Rich got on in the skip! Rich and Hayley went down to TJ Waste in Havant yesterday for Rich to complete his forefit! First thing he had to do was to make sure he was wearing the correct clothing, so in Gok Kwan style, Matt from TJ took us through the out fit...
Then it was time for Hayley to explain to Rich how the challenge would work... It was called Skip Bingo!!! All Rich had to do was find the items on Hayley's list which included, a door handle, a shoe, a plant pot and a cuddly toy. The longer he took to find them the longer he would spend in the skip! The skip was smelly, it was hot and it was dusty! Half way through the challenge there was a load of water sprayed onto the skip to make it less dusty, or was it to absolutely soak Rich? Rich and Hayley also spoke to Wisey this morning who is off to Nigeria today for the 2 pre season friendly's, you can hear them both on The Quay on Pompey Live, Saturday from 4.30pm and Sunday from 7pm...

Thurs 24th July
So today's the day Rich is off to TJ Waste to get in the skip and sort out the rubbish, as his forfit for loosing the golf challenge last Friday! He was telling Hayley this morning how he wasn't looking forward to it at all, as you can imagine and last night he even dreamt about it! ''Surely this is the worst job in the world'' he said but Hayley seemed to think there were a few worse ones and so did you! You all had lots of past jobs that, putting it mildly, you didn't really enjoy! There was a rubbish collecting, unblocking drains, working in a chippy, on a fish counter, working the stop/go boards on the roads, even jamming doughnuts!
Rich is really dreading it, like that feeling before you go to the dentist or as a kid having to go to parents evening, he really isn't looking forward to it, well would you? Matt from TJ Waste has got him a boiler suite to wear, a nice green one! You can hear all about it on tomorrow's show and see the pictures on the website too! And find out about a little extra challenge Hayley has for Rich to do whilst he's in there as well!

Weds 23rd July
There was a big decision to be made last night at the council buildings, who was to get The Freedom Of The City?
Rich and Hayley spoke to Councillor Gerald Vernon Jackson, or as they called him GVJ, this morning to get the answer... The Freedom Of The City will go to Harry and the squad who played in the FA Cup! The decision was unanimous! There will be an official ceremony at Portsmouth Guildhall with all the people involved too!
Freedom Of The City is similar to the Key To The City but not the same, not having a key makes sense, the pressure of having the key to the city, what if you lost it! Harry and the squad would have to get the key cut so they could all have one!
Hayley lost her keys, left them on top a car and Rich knew some-one who lost his keys down a drain! Yuk! Lots of you had lost your keys at some point too! In a restaurant, in a toilet and even in a jack in the box! Hayley explained she makes sure she has a big bunch so they are easier to find. They went through their keys and it appeared Rich had about 10 keys for his flat but still had a smaller bunch than Hayley, but claimed it's not how big your bunch is it's how you use it! Hmm ok Rich!
Tues 22nd July
Rich had been watching abit of telly over the last couple of days and he started this morning by explaining to Hayley this morning about The Weakest Link that he watched last night and some-one from Pompey was on there, his name was Robin and he didn't do badly at all! Rich had also been seeing trailers for 2 singing/karaoke programmes, one Who Dares Sings, which some-one from Pompey had also been on recently. And also Don't Forget The Lyrics which Hayley had seen and wasn't the shows biggest fan! ''The easiest game show I have ever seen!'' She gave Rich some examples and even he knew the answers! Would be good if you were on there cause you'd win loads of money but as for watching it you'll be bored out your brain!
Rich was also watching Dragons Den last night and there was a couple on there who thought they had come up with an invention to sort out the old argument of crossing over on to ''your'' side of the bed during the night. They thought they could sew in a line of stitching and that was it, that was supposed to stop you crossing sides, surely you would need some-thing more than that? An alarm maybe or an electric shock? A line of paint, or separate beds with a gap so you just fall straight down the middle! Even the extremes of a cattle prod suggested from you but any-thing was better then a line of stitching...what is that going to do?

So Friday after the show Rich and Hayley went to Cams Hall Golf Club for the second of the TJ Challenges...The Putting Challenge... It was over 3 holes and the rules were simple, whoever got the least shots over the 3 holes was the winner...
There aswell was Matt from TJ, Adger ''Golden'' Brown, the comedian who was to be on Rich's golf team later in the day, Dave ''The Croc'' Brock also on the golfing team and Hayley's dad Paul ''Who's The Daddy'' Raymond...
Hayley went first and Rich second... and the score card went like this...

3rd Hole - Hayley 3 Rich 3
So it was a draw so far and that meant it had to go to a tie-breaker...

Hayley won!!! Yes she did! Only by a point, as Rich keeps reminding her, but she still won!
Rich and Hayley were then joined by Matt from TJ Waste... who informed them that... a personal item of Rich's would be thrown in to the skip and Rich would have to find it, that item would be his phone! Rich's 2 hours in the skip will be on Thursday, so you can hear all about Rich in the rubbish on Friday!
Fri 18th July
Hayley was explaining this morning that she has lost her bikini! She went swimming last week and left it in a bag at the gym along with some shampoo for blondes, shower gel and a pink puffer! She phoned the gym as soon as she got home and it had vanished!
So her plea today was for her missing swim kit to be returned and Rich was offering ways in which she may be able to find it! He was suggesting a long overcoat, dark glasses, a news paper with holes in and waiting by the pool to see if any-one gets in wearing the bikini!
Hayley thought about offering a reward of £50 but it only cost a tenner! She wants it back!
In another practise round for the golf challenge today Rich and Hayley asked who you were backing to win? They needed to get an idea of who the favourite would be after yesterdays 1 all draw... So the winner of the practise round was...well actually they drew, again!!!
The real thing is this later this morning, find out on Monday who won...

Thurs 17th July
Hayley received a random text yesterday saying ''Hey big boy send me a picture of you''!
Thinking that it wasn't meant for her, she decided to phone the number back... a girl picked up but as soon as Hayley said ''Hi it's big boy'' the girl hung up. Hayley phoned back but it kept going straight to voicemail, so she decided to leave a few messages! 3 to be precise. The 1st one just letting the girl know that she had the wrong number! The 2nd saying she wanted to let the girl know that she wasn't big boy and the real big boy probably hasn't texted back because he didn't get the message in the first place! And the third telling her that she really should check the number she sends random texts to as sending one like that to some-one you don't know could be a little bit embarrassing, but after phoning 3 times now who looks like abit of a weirdo? Hmmm?
Rich and Hayley had a go at some practise putting this morning and I think Rich was surprised, they actually drew, out of the shots they took they both only got 1 in! We'll have to wait for the real thing tomorrow to see who the winner is going to be!

Weds 16th July
Today Rich and Hayley had exclusive news on Pompey Live...one of the Pompey Live team was out and some-one new was in, they debut tonight when Pompey play Exeter in a pre season friendly! The new member goes by the name of Craig and he's the new voice over guy...
We got to know Craig today by asking him a few questions...we know that he know's his stuff, prefers Corrie to Eastenders and likes an Indian takeaway!
Rich and Hayley were also joined this morning by the fabulous Miss G!!! Hayley is at the Spinnaker Tower on Friday night for ''Miss G At The Tower''! Raising lots of money for the Red Cross... This morning they talked about the night itself, what Miss G thinks of David Beckham, and Hayley's frock for the evening! It's posh!
Rich and Hayley will have 2 tickets for the night, to give away on Battleships tomorrow, the qualifying question at 7.40am!
As the TJ Challenge gets closer, Rich and Hayley will be having a few practise putts on tomorrow's show and Hayley's still feeling quietly confident! We'll see tomorrow how they get on from 5am...
Tues 15th July
In the Quick Flick this morning Rich and Hayley were surprised to read about the return of Playboy Clubs and even the return of one to Portsmouth, they didn't know there used to be one in Pompey... Father of the bride, from the wedding Rich went to last Saturday, Roy informed us on the phone that there was one and it used to be behind The Queens Hotel, he said he used to go there all the time, even when he got married! He said it was a casino club but with bunnies every-where!
Hayley has just got back her horn, on her car, after not having one for the last 8 months and it cost her £50! She wondered why she needed it back after coping perfectly fine with out it. Rich wondered what she was doing rather than beeping? And rather than a normal horn what would be a more interesting noise to have? Maybe an animal noise, a donkey you suggested, or how about a celebrity shouting? Mr T saying ''get out the way fool!''
Rich and Hayley were also joined on the phone this morning by Havant and Waterlooville manager Shaun Gale, talking about the latest news on the team, their fantastic run in the FA Cup last season and how Paul Scott got on when he went for a training session with the team...
Mon 14th July
To start the show this morning Rich and Hayley talked road works, hmm interesting. Frustrated with the ones on the M27 between Fareham and Portsmouth, Hayley passes them every day and wondered when on earth were they are going to finish?! Arrgghhhh!
Rich had his first of 4 weddings this year on Saturday and Hayley was shocked by his behaviour in the church, between him and is mates they decided to have a bet on when the groom would cry, cause they reckoned he would. They ripped some bits of paper, paper being the order of service, and wrote the numbers 1-15 on each bit, every-one took a piece and they started the stop watch. Rich had minute number 7 so was trying to let the groom know, he needed him to cry in 7 minutes! The groom didn't shed a tear so no-one won, shame on them!
With the new arrival of Peter Crouch, Rich and Hayley wanted to welcome him to Portsmouth by creating Crouchy Karaoke, songs dedicated to the Crouch. Put it this way, they struggled... it started off well with Mr Big Stuff, High, by the Lighthouse Family, changing Soul Man to Tall Man... and then it went abit down hill... with Reach by S Club 7, Gap Bands Big One instead of Big Fun! Some-one saved the day though when Rocket by Hurby Hancock was suggested! Thank-you!

Today was all about finding a name for the ''quickly put together at the last minute golf team'', for the TJ Waste challenge next Friday. Rich and Hayley had to phone Matt from TJ to tell him what the team, consisting of Rich, Paul ''who's the daddy'' Raymond, Dave ''the croc'' Brock and Adger ''golden'' Brown, was going to be called...

Now all they have to worry about is the putting part of the challenge!
It's the Peter Crouch press conference today, live on The Quay at 1pm and Hayley was thinking she may be able to make Abbey Clancey her first celebrity friend, as maybe she'll be in Portsmouth too! Rich was wondering if Peter will have to crawl through tunnel as he is taller than they both realised at 6 "7!!! That's alot of Peter Crouch, very exciting!!!

Thurs 10th July
With only a day to go until Rich needs to put forward his golf team for next Friday, today was abit of a mission trying to get 2 more players...
So far it's Rich and Hayley's dad, Paul and the 2 remaining places...Hayley thought from the start that Rich was being very dis-organised and it was far to late, there was no way on this earth he would have a golf team by the end of the day...so he got straight on the phone...
First of all to his friend Pete, from The Betting Room, Rich explained to Pete that he was wondering if he fancied a game of golf next Friday, it seemed as soon as Rich mentioned the word golf and the fact he would also be playing, out came the excuses, Pete was unfortunately putting up his tie rack on that day and also sorting out his sock drawer! So that would be a no then.
Next Rich called James, his first golf teacher, taught him every-thing he knows. James' concern was Rich's golf fashion, he had seen him the other day in some long socks and boat shoes and wanted to stay well away from that! Another big no!
It was getting closer to 10am and Rich was still struggling... he then found the programme of the golf day which had the numbers of the comedian and singer, who are performing in the evening. Rich was straight on the phone to them begging them both to play! Rich offered them a nickname and a good laugh on the day and they were keen. What's wrong with them? Do they know what they're letting them selves in for...

Weds 9th July
Rich was feeling flattered this morning after a trip to Heathrow last night, taking his aunty to the airport, he was approached by 2 Australian ladies, well he thought his luck was in... but they actually wanted to tell him how much he looked like Australian cricketer Michael Clarke, have a look at the picture, what do you think?
Hayley this morning told us she had found the most beautiful hotel in Turkey for her and Tom to go to on their holidays... it's white and big and posh, massive swimming pool, spa, chandeliers, mirrors every-where, excellent views and just perfect, but and there's a big but... Tom was reading the ''reviews'' about the hotel on the internet and they weren't good, they said it was in the middle of no-where and ridiculously expensive... so he said to Hayley ''I don't think we should go... I think we should go to this one, one I've seen!'' Tom's choice is a big yellow house, surrounded by greenery, which means bugs, 45 minutes away from the beach and looks like it could have a farm... that was Hayley's description!!!
Hayley knew Tom was listening in around 8.45am today so yesterday she decided to make her own ''review'' of Tom's choice of hotel hoping to change his mind... Rich pretended he had found it on the internet, supposedly and Faria from Turkey explained about La Hotel Tom Wants To Go To! Faria sounded a little like she was from ''Ello Ello'' and with the help of another familiar voice hope-fully Rich and Hayley, I mean Faria and the guest changed Tom's mind...!
Tues 8th July
Rich had a realisation after the show yesterday! Some-thing which is slightly worrying him about the TJ Challenge....not loosing it, not the golf balls, not the dodgy outfits... but meeting Hayley's Dad!!! Spending 5 hours walking round a golf course with the father of the lady he spends 5 hours a day taking mickey out of!!!
This instantly reminded Rich of the pressure you feel when you meet the in-laws for the first time! Not knowing what to talk about, worried you'll embarrass your self and scared you'll make a bad impression... and Rich more because he's is abit nasty to Hayley some/most of the time!!!
He needed your advice, what could he do to win Mr Raymond round? And what were your experiences of meeting the in-laws? Sally, phoned and said ''the first time her husband met her dad, he ended up giving him a job'' but there were a few bad ones too... spilling drinks on in-laws, swearing at them, accidentally! And having to eat food you don't even like because they've cooked it!!!
This didn't really leave Rich feeling any better, but Hayley thoroughly enjoyed the show today!!!

Mon 7th July
Monday 7th July brought a new TJ Challenge for Rich and Hayley! Like the one they did at Fontwell a while ago where Hayley lost and some how ended up having to give Rich a foot massage as her for fit!
This challenge has 2 parts, the first part is a putting match between the 2 of them, which Rich instantly thought ''easy, that's in the bag'' but Hayley admitted, in her words, ''I can actually putt''. The looser has to go and work at TJ Waste for 2 hours sorting through the waste with their bare hands! The second part is the golf tournament, is where they have to put together a team of 4. Hayley would much rather drive the golf buggie so has volunteered her dad to represent the Raymond part of the team! So they still need 2 more players... and they asked for your suggestions on who could play in the team, what people would be most handy? Maybe David Beckham to curl the ball, Jimmy Savel to ''fix'' the game, Lewis Hamilton for a good drive, David James to catch the balls incase they are heading towards a bunker and Rich wanted Kimberley from Girls Aloud or Duffy there as well for some reason! If Rich and his team come last in the tournament they both
